Happy FREE Thanksgiving Decoration!!!

This week, I’m posting this FREE Thanksgiving decoration for you to share with your family, friends, kids in your classroom, and anybody else you choose. One way to use it is to have children write things they are thankful for on the feathers, and fasten them to the turkey body.

FREE! 2 Christmas Story Kits for You!

I really like what we used to call “flannelboard stories.” Except now you can use magnets, tape, or velcro board (Storyboard) to tell them, and they don’t peel off and fall on the floor. Flannel never really worked very well. Usually you use visual aids to tell a story or illustrate a concept, and since most people are visual learners, they’re pretty effective.

Pretty soon I’ll be putting up a new, improved, and exciting (well, I’m excited at least) website with FREE 2018 theme series book downloads, plus instructions to make your own Storyboard! For this week, I have two story kits that you can use for Christmas. The stories are the Nativity and the Selfish Giant, written by Oscar Wilde. Mr Wilde was a contradiction, living a less than exemplary life, but writing beautiful stories with symbols of Jesus Christ in them.

Great Changes for 2019! And FREE Presidents of the Church Sharing Time Kit!

I hope everybody watched General Conference! It was amazing. President Nelson once again proved to us all that he is God’s prophet for these times. He introduced a new 2-hour schedule (YAY!) for Sundays, and he asked us to stop using nicknames, and start using the correct name of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. We can do that.

We were also asked to have a 10-day “fast” from social media, so I’m using Facebook for business only, as in: I’ll post this blog but not the stuff I usually do, like how I don’t like certain events and points of view. I thought I’d have withdrawal symptoms, but so far, none have appeared.
